Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment or order confirmation. Delivery times and charges depend on the destination and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed directly with the customer. Customers may also arrange pickup from our Mamprobi location during opening hours.
Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is incorrect or damaged, contact us promptly on 059 394 7850 with your order number and photographs. Items requested for exchange should be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging and tags. Eligibility may depend on the item type and condition.
For hygiene reasons, some personal items may not be returnable unless faulty. Please contact us before returning any item.
